As all orders are processed specifically for each customer, we currently do not allow cancellations once order processing has started or the order has been dispatched. Since many of our products may include custom or made-to-order elements, custom sticker orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded after confirmation under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns for used or applied stickers, products damaged due to improper handling or application, minor color variations caused by screen settings, or delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in genuine cases where the customer receives a damaged item, wrong item, or if an item is missing from the package. To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proper proof, including clear photos/videos along with a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement, store resolution, or refund depending on the situation. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Stickeefy reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, or inconsistent with our policy guidelines.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing orders. Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for failed deliveries, lost shipments, or delays caused due to incorrect address details, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package.
