At Stickeefy, we aim to provide high-quality sticker products with accurate product representation. However, slight variations in color, finish, size, or print may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the custom production process. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept prepaid orders only, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is detected.

Custom sticker orders are specially made according to customer requirements and therefore cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed and processing has started. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded images, artwork, text, or designs do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner availability. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and Stickeefy will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

We do not accept returns for custom-made products, used or applied stickers, or products damaged due to improper handling or application. Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where the customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, or if an item is missing from the package. To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear proof, including photos/videos and a complete unboxing video. Claims without valid proof may not be accepted. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Sticker durability and adhesion may vary depending on the surface type and usage conditions. Improper application, rough handling, excessive exposure to water, heat, dust, or unsuitable surfaces may affect product performance. Stickeefy shall not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper application, or external environmental conditions.

All content available on this website, including logos, product images, designs, graphics, text, branding elements, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Stickeefy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased order only. Stickeefy shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
