All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, as we currently operate on a prepaid-only basis. Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unexpected operational delays. During periods of high demand, sales, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, transportation issues, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Stickeefy does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full address, contact number, and postal code. Stickeefy will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
We take reasonable care in packaging products securely to minimize the risk of transit damage. However, in rare cases where a customer receives a damaged package, wrong item, or a package with missing items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof, including clear photos/videos and a complete unboxing video. Claims made without valid proof may not be accepted.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, technical disruptions, government restrictions, or other external factors are beyond our control, and Stickeefy shall not be held liable for such delays.
